One of the most powerful methods of helping Â鶹´«Ã½ tell its story and connecting new audiences to our campus is to use the university’s branded virtual background for online interviews or presentations. If you are participating in a virtual online conference or doing a media interview on Zoom,* you are encouraged to use the .

Featuring an array of 14 repeated official university logos, the graphic is similar to corporate-branded graphics used by other universities or seen behind interview subjects in media conferences or following professional sports games. Simply make the logo the background image in your virtual meeting software.

To download this background:

1. Visit the Â鶹´«Ã½ Brandfolder website (ontariotechu.ca/brandfolder).
2. Navigate to the Templates section. The background is third from the bottom of the page.

*Note: Â鶹´«Ã½'s G-Suite doesn't allow the use of custom backgrounds in Google Meet. However, Google has some built-in ones you can use. See the instructions on how to change your background to Google Meet.
