Â鶹´«Ã½ employees must complete goal-setting activities within Rally2Gether by Monday, November 9. 

So far, approximately 39 per cent of employees have at least started the goal-setting step for this performance development cycle.

Check out the on the Human Resources website for detailed user guides, this year’s cycle timeline, frequently asked questions, and the virtual drop-in schedule (Google Meet) where you can ask a subject-matter expert any questions you may have.
