Update on the goal-setting step within Rally2Gether

The performance development cycle has begun, and goal-setting conversations are currently taking place between employees and their managers. The deadline to complete the goal-setting task in Rally2Gether is Monday, November 9. 

Approximately 26 per cent of employees have started or completed and approved of goals for this cycle.
