Student Life launches Stepped Care for mental health support

The Office of Student Life has introduced a new approach to supporting student mental health and well-being. This service-delivery model will reduce wait times and provide a more customized approach to care by matching students with varying levels of support appropriate to their needs, including:

  • groups
  • one-to-one therapy
  • peer support
  • self-help options
  • single-session supports
  • specialized supports
  • workshops
