Mask/face covering protocols and accommodations
As we prepare for some faculty and staff to participate in on-campus activities in the fall semester, please remember the university now requires everyone on campus to wear a mask or face covering while inside campus buildings.
Masks/face coverings must be worn in all indoor campus spaces where more than one individual is present, including while seated in a classroom, all common areas and in labs. Medical masks are not required. See .
The university recognizes some faculty or staff may require accommodations in certain circumstances. We are committed to an accommodation process in which individualized needs (e.g. on the grounds of a medical condition) are thoroughly considered. If you believe you require accommodation or alternatives to wearing a mask/face covering, please contact Maureen Calhoun, Health and Safety Officer, before arriving on campus.
Our ability to provide a safe on-campus experience depends upon each member of the university community doing their part for our collective health and safety. Thank you for your co-operation.
