In-person IT services temporarily moved to North Oshawa Campus Library
The Information Technology (IT) Service Desk has temporarily moved in-person services for Â鶹´«Ã½ University students, staff and faculty from the Gordon Willey Building, South Wing SW100 to the main level of the North Oshawa Campus Library for the Fall semester. Please only use this location to access in-person IT services.
Services include:
- Hardware:
- Laptop hardware collection/pickups
- Laptop distribution
- Laptop troubleshooting
- Other:
- Password services – access, reset, troubleshooting
- Printing questions
- Technology questions/answers
In-person hours:
- Monday to Thursday– 9 a.m. to noon and 1 to 5 p.m.
- Friday - 8:30 a.m. to noon and 1 to 4:30 p.m.
In addition, the Service Desk remains available to help you resolve IT issues remotely. Contact them at 905.721.2000 ext. 3333 or servicedesk@dc-ot.ca.
Remote hours:
- Monday to Thursday: 7:30 a.m. to 9:30 p.m.
- Friday: 7:30 a.m. to 7 p.m.
- Sunday: 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Note: All IT Service Desks will close:
- Monday, October 12 (Thanksgiving)
- Friday, December 25, 2020 through Friday, January 1, 2021 (Christmas Day through New Year’s Day)
