Dana Hospitality to operate university food services
Â鶹´«Ã½ University has partnered with Dana Hospitality, a local Canadian culinary company, to operate all university food outlets.
Dana Hospitality is transforming the food services experience on campus by making food from scratch, using fresh local ingredients, every day. Ingredients will be sourced from local Canadian producers, greenhouse growers and dedicated farmers who meet the highest standards.
Menus are customized daily, and are fully adaptable to suit a number of dietary restrictions and preferences. They include a variety of 'fresh and fast' takeaway options for people on the move. Patrons will experience freshly prepared soups and entrees, in-house roast beef and turkey, hand-formed burgers and fresh-cut fries, homemade dressings, sauces and desserts and so much more!
