The university’s  encourages faculty and staff to check out the following wellness-related resources:

  • (PDF): An invitation to participate in a 20- to 25-minute assessment exploring the employee experience in the workplace and the current perception on the degree to which individuals are thriving. Use what you learn from the assessment for personal health-planning purposes or, discuss your results with a trusted peer, family member, manager, or your team of health-care professionals.
  • : Join internationally recognized mental-health advocate and top TEDx speaker Mark Henick as he explores how the ‘new normal’ during COVID-19 has impacted our mental health and wellness.
