Participate in a study on privacy and smart home device usage
The university’s , directed by Dr. Christopher Collins, Canada Research Chair in Linguistic Information Visualization and Associate Professor, Faculty of Science, seeks participants for a research study on how privacy concepts affect smart home device usage.
Participants will receive an invitation link to complete a 30-minute online survey. As a thank-you, they will receive a $10 Amazon gift card. The researchers are interested in responses from people who have and don't have smart devices in their homes.
Participation is voluntary. All collected data will be stored in an encrypted and password-protected file on Â鶹´«Ã½ University’s enterprise cloud storage until July 24, 2021.
