Online mental health and well-being courses from the CMHA
The university’s invites faculty and staff to participate in a series of free, self-paced mental health and well-being courses from the Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA).
Topics include:
- How to develop a wellness plan to help you cope with the effects of COVID-19-related physical distancing protocols.
- Coping with fatigue: Taking back control during unprecedented times of change.
- Jedi mindfulness: How to harness ‘The Force’ within you through meditations, dialectical behavioural therapy-based skills, and breathing exercises.
- Spell book: How to help you feel a sense of accomplishment.
- Bucket list makeover: Explore how your desired activities may have changed as a result of COVID-19, and create a new bucket list you can tackle once the pandemic is over.
- My story, my voice: Explore traditional journaling, bullet journals, six-word memoirs, creative writing, and more.
