Do you wonder what information technology (IT) services the university provides and how your IT Service Desk requests are processed?

Check out the new from IT Services. 

Once you log in to the portal with your Banner ID and network password, you can:

  • See available IT service options.
  • Submit support or access requests ('tickets').
  • View the status of your tickets.
  • See associated ticket updates in the form of journal entries. 

Note: While working remotely, you will need to log into your VPN service before accessing the portal. For facilities-related requests, please continue to email the IT Service Desk.
