Dr. Wendy Stanyon, Associate Professor, Faculty of Health Sciences, shares the following mindfulness resources:

  • - June 24 to 28: Cultivate mindfulness, loving-kindness and positive change for yourself and our world through this free, five-day event featuring guidance from 15 renowned spiritual teachers and activists.
  • : Step out of ‘autopilot’ and focus on the present moment by taking a self-guided, room-by-room tour of select exhibits and areas within the museum from your desktop or mobile device. You can also access select collections and research areas at the museum’s satellite support and research stations as well as past exhibits no longer on display.
  • Engage with online resources available from the , including Canada Day and National Indigenous History Month activities, the Rick Hansen Man in Motion World Tour Collection, and much more.
