The book explores the challenges facing racial minority children and youth face due to racism within U.S. law and public policy. From early-life through adolescent and teen experiences, each chapter unpacks the laws and policies that create or exacerbate racial disparity, reviews relevant psychological research and its implications for those laws or policies, and calls for next steps.
