Spring and summer hours of operation for IT Service Desks
Spring/Summer hours for the Information Technology (IT) Services Desks are now in effect through Monday, August 31.
You can reach the Service Desk team at 905.721.3333, option 1, or servicedesk@dc-ot.ca:
- Monday through Thursday - 7:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
- Friday - 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
- Saturday - 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
- Sunday - closed
All IT Service Desks are closed:
- Monday, May 18 – Victoria Day
- Wedesday, July 1 – Canada Day
- Monday, August 3 – Civic Holiday
- Monday, September 7 – Labour Day
IT Services will provide an update on service support availability at the Computer Commons (Gordon Willey Building, Room SW100) and the 61 Charles Street Building (downtown Oshawa) once the university has determined the date to return to regular operations.
