Virtual iLaunch workshop series for students
Students who missed iLaunch in March will have the opportunity to participate in , a series of workshops to help new graduates launch their careers after graduation and develop job-search strategies during these unique times.
Workshop topics include:
- job-search strategies
- LinkedIn strategies
- managing stress
- networking tips
- resumé and cover letter skills
- virtual interview skills
Students will also have opportunities to meet different employers by participating in Career Chats with organizations such as Ontario Public Service, Coca-Cola, Ceridian, Student Energy, and D2L (formerly Desire2Learn).
For each session they attend, participants’ names will be entered in a draw for an e-gift card.
Students can visit the to see dates and times, and to register. While this event is recommended for graduating students, all students are welcome to attend.
