Mindfulness Across Campus sessions go virtual
Each Monday, join the Student Learning Centre’s Lindsay Smith, Academic Skills Co-ordinator, and Krista Elliott, Manager, Student Learning, on from 11 to 11:45 a.m. for online mindfulness sessions. This series of 10 weekly sessions is suitable for beginners as well as those who have already developed their own mindfulness practice. Participants will learn about the benefits of mindfulness and follow guided meditations.
