Curbside pickup for essential home-office items – April 21 to 30
To support faculty and staff as they continue to work from home, the university has organized opportunities for curbside pickup of essential items that are still at your office from Tuesday, April 21 through Thursday, April 30. Please note that the focus is on health and safety items for pickup.
To request obtaining your home-office item(s), visit the on the Office of Campus Infrastructure and Sustainability website, log in with your Banner ID and network password, then fill out the Google form on that page. You will be notified of your pickup location and date/time once your form* is approved.
As the university continues to limit entry to campus buildings at this time, Facilities staff will collect approved items from your workspace.** Pickup times will depend on the number of requests received for each building. Employees must come alone to obtain items. If necessary, Facilities staff will provide assistance with taking items to your vehicle while observing proper physical distancing measures.
Thank you for your patience as the university continues to navigate the COVID-19 situation.

Notes:
* Even if you receive approval to collect office items, don’t come to campus if you:
- Are currently in a 14-day period of self-isolation.
- Have COVID-19-like symptoms.
- Have had close contact with someone confirmed as COVID-19 positive.
- Have travelled outside of Canada in the past 14 days.
** All items removed from offices/cubicles must be returned once the university resumes regular operations.
