Bring a Friend Week at The FLEX – March 2 to 6
In an effort to boost group fitness class participation, The FLEX invites all registered group fitness participants to bring a friend (Â鶹´«Ã½ or Durham College faculty, staff or student) to try out any class for free during the week of Monday, March 2 through Friday, March 6.
If you want to register after trying a class, you can do so for half price after this week (registration available on a first-come, first-served basis).
