Free week of Winter group fitness classes at The FLEX – January 13 to 17
The FLEX is offering a variety of fitness classes beginning in January. Drop in Monday, January 13 through Friday, January 17 to try out any classes you want for free before you register!
Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis. Register online or in person at the main Athletics desk of the Campus Recreation and Wellness Centre (CRWC), starting at 8 a.m. on Monday, January 13. You will be put on a waiting list if the class(es) you want are oversubscribed. A few spaces typically open up for those on the wait list a few weeks into the session, so be sure to provide your contact information when you register.
