Upcoming town hall sessions on equity, diversity and inclusion
The President’s Equity Taskforce (PET) invites faculty, staff and students to join the ongoing conversation about the underlying values that contribute to a better understanding of equity, diversity and inclusion (EDI) at Â鶹´«Ã½.
The PET will host a number of consultation sessions this month to arrive at a better understanding of practices, processes and other workplace activities that support the advancement of EDI at the university. This information will help inform future EDI planning and programming at Â鶹´«Ã½.
Topics:
- What does EDI mean to you?
- What practices, tools and supports related to EDI should be considered as part of strategy development?
North Oshawa location:
- Students: Monday, November 25 from 2 to 3 p.m. - Science Building, Room 3150
Downtown Oshawa location:
- Faculty, staff and managers: Thursday, November 21 from 9 to 10 a.m. - 61 Charles Street Building, Room 219
