The university’s invites faculty and staff to participate in the Tips for Managing Seasonal Stress webinar on Wednesday, December 4 from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m.

Why participate?

’Tis the season to be jolly—but, ironically, ‘tis also the season when the burdens pile up. Studies show overindulgence, overspending and stress can increase significantly during and after the festive season. This webinar will teach you simple strategies to stay energized over the holidays. Learn valuable tips for improving your sleep and eating habits, and the importance of maintaining a positive outlook during this stressful time.
