Bring a Friend Week at The FLEX – October 28 to November 1

In an effort to boost group fitness class participation, The FLEX invites you to bring a friend (Â鶹´«Ã½ or Durham College faculty, staff or student) to try out any class for free during the week of Monday, October 28 through Friday, November 1. You can also drop into any group fitness class on your own to try it out (you’ll need to sign a waiver first).

October 28 to November 1 marks the halfway point in the semester, so if you want to register after trying the class, you can do so for half price.
