Help students by donating professional clothing to the First Impressions initiative
The birds are chirping and the flowers are blooming…spring has officially sprung, which means it’s time to spring-clean your closet!
The university’s Student Union is currently accepting donations of men’s and women’s professional attire for First Impressions, a new service launching Fall 2019 that will provide students with access to clothing for job interviews, career fairs or networking events at no cost.
Suggested new and gently used items:
- shoes
- blazers
- belts and ties
- suits, skirts, dress pants
- dress shirts and or blouses
- handbags and other accessories
Drop off your donations at the Student Union office (UL Building, Room 100) Monday to Friday between 8:30 a.m. and 5 p.m. For more information, contact Jessica Nguyen, Vice-President, Student Affairs, Â鶹´«Ã½ Student Union.
