Participate in the YMCA Sweat for Good Challenge through March 2
The university’s , in partnership with the , invites you to participate in the this week through Saturday, March 2. Funds raised from the challenge will provide financial assistance to children, teens, adults and families who wish to participate in YMCA programs but cannot afford it. Together we can break a little sweat to support our community!
This event is open to everyone: university faculty, staff, students and community members.

- Toonie Dive (during swimming lessons)
- 5km Wheel-athon
- Toonie Toss in sport programs

- 6 p.m. - Bootcamp Challenge
Friday March 1
- 7 to 10 p.m. - Date Night
Saturday March 2
- 10 a.m. to noon – Two-Hour Dance Party
- 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. – Three-Hour CycleFit
- noon to 2 p.m. - Pie Station
- 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. - Continuous Rower
- 1:30 to 3:30 p.m. - Karate Punch Skip Kick-athon
- 3:30 to 4:30 p.m. – Three-Point Challenge
