Invitation to New Brand Preview Week – February 26 to March 4
In January we provided an update on the progress we have made in developing and introducing a new brand for the University of Ontario Institute of Technology: a moniker that clearly differentiates us in the marketplace while promoting our socially-conscious, technology-focused university. Through consultations and engagement with the campus community, we gained valuable insights that have guided us throughout this process.
Under the leadership of the university’s Communications and Marketing department, and with the additional guidance of a leading external agency and cross-university Brand Advisory Group, we have considered all feedback while working to develop an exciting and vibrant new direction to move us forward.
Now it’s time to introduce our proposed new brand to the campus community.
During a special New Brand Preview Week, Tuesday, February 26 through Monday, March 4, we invite faculty and staff to attend a presentation about our proposed new brand (in person or online) as well as one of our showcase sessions. This is your chance to see the new visual identity being proposed and share your thoughts with President Steven Murphy, our Communications and Marketing team, and various Brand Advisory Group members.
