Waiver for Take Our Kids to Work Day
On Wednesday, November 14, the university will host Grade 9 students for the annual Take Our Kids to Work Day. If you would like to bring your child, family member or a friend’s child, you must complete the participant waiver form and submit it to Tara Ashley, Finance and Administrative Officer, Human Resources, no later than Friday, November 2.
If you are hosting a family member’s or friend’s child, the parent will need to sign the waiver form granting permission for you to be the child’s guardian that day.
