Can We Expect Behaviour Change? Considerations on Police Training Evaluation – November 13
The Faculty of Social Science and Humanities (FSSH) invites faculty and staff to a presentation by Chris Giacomantonio, PhD, Research Co-ordinator, Halifax Regional Police, on Tuesday, November 13. Dr. Giacomantonio will discuss recent research findings related to the effects of police training on officers’ knowledge, attitudes and behaviour. He will also highlight several issues to consider when attempting to use training as a reform tool.
