MoodWalks start September 12
Research shows spending time in nature decreases stress, improves our mood, boosts energy and productivity, and increases focus and creativity. That is why Student Mental Health Services is launching MoodWalks, a weekly nature walk to get moving, get grounded and get lifted.
Everyone is welcome. Walks will take place rain or shine.
- When: Every Wednesday from noon to 1 p.m. starting September 12
- Where: Meet at the (arch-shaped sculpture located between the Campus Recreation and Wellness Centre and ACE)
