Fall and winter hours of operation for IT Service Desks
Normal hours of operation have resumed for the Information Technology (IT) Services Desks at the 61 Charles Street Building (downtown Oshawa) and at the Computer Commons (Gordon Willey Building, Room SW100).
Hours:
- Monday to Thursday: 7:30 a.m. to 11 p.m.
- Friday: 7:30 a.m. to 7 p.m.
- Saturday and Sunday: 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
These times apply to both in-person visits to the Service Desk counter for technical support as well for phone calls to ext. 3333.
All IT service desks are closed Monday, October 8 for Thanksgiving Day.
