Communicate with students through university newsletters
To meet the needs of students and communicate important dates and events, the Office of the Registrar and the School of Graduate and Postdoctoral Studies (SGPS) will continue distributing their respective newsletters throughout the 2018-2019 academic year.
All faculties and departments are welcome to submit content.
Submitting to the Ridgeback Report
The Ridgeback Report, sent by the Registrar’s office, provides all students with information on:
- academic services
- athletics information
- financial support
- getting involved on campus
- tips for success
- upcoming events
- wellness opportunities
- other news
Submit your content by the last Friday of each month so it can be included in the next month's newsletter. You can find a schedule of submission dates, as well as the content submission form, on the .

Submitting to The Keynote
SGPS sends The Keynote to all graduate students and postdoctoral fellows. The Keynote includes academic information, financial tips, important deadlines and events.
Submit your content by the second Friday of the month so it can appear in the newsletter the following week. The submission schedule, delivery dates and submission form are available on the .
