OCIS opens community garden
The university’s first is now open. The invites faculty and staff to grow their own healthy, local food while developing a sense of community within the university. Excess produce will be donated to Feed the Need Durham and St. Vincent's Kitchen (Durham Outlook).
- Where: 285 Brittania Avenue West, Oshawa, Ontario
- Cost: $15 per plot, which includes the use of land, water and tools
