Save the date: 2018 Student Research Showcase – August 23
The Office of the Vice-President Research, Innovation and International invites faculty and staff to attend the (SRS) on Thursday, August 23.
SRS brings the university’s undergraduate researchers together to present and discuss the research projects they have been working on with faculty supervisors throughout the year. It features a guest speaker and lunch for all registered guests, as well as a poster competition.
Students must register their poster abstracts to participate as poster presenters. Details will be sent to students’ UOITnet email accounts and will be posted on the university’s .
Please encourage students you have supervised throughout the year to participate.
*Note: All undergraduates who received an internal research award (NSERC or STAR awards) must participate at this event.
