Spring and summer hours of operation for IT Service Desks
Spring/Summer hours for the Information Technology (IT) Services Desks at the 61 Charles Street Building (downtown Oshawa) and at the Computer Commons (Gordon Willey Building, Room SW100) will start Saturday, May 19.
Hours:
- Monday to Thursday – 7:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
- Friday – 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
- Saturday – 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
- Sunday – closed
These times apply to both in-person visits to the Service Desk counter for technical support as well for phone calls to ext. 3333.
All IT Service Desks are closed:
- Monday, May 21 – Victoria Day
- Monday, July 2 – in lieu of Canada Day
- Monday, August 6 – Civic Holiday
- Monday, September 3 – Labour Day
Normal operating hours will resume on Saturday, August 25.
