Sign up to volunteer for Convocation
The Registrar's office seeks volunteers to assist with this year's Convocation ceremonies on Thursday, June 7 and Friday, June 8 at the Tribute Communities Centre in Oshawa, Ontario.
If you are interested in volunteering, please ensure you have your manager’s or supervisor’s approval in advance. Please inform Carrie LeBlanc, Executive Assistant to the Registrar, of the position you are interested in and the ceremony (or ceremonies) you will be able to cover. Volunteers can take a seat and enjoy the ceremonies as they take place or take a break behind the scenes. Lunch will be provided for volunteers in the volunteer lounge. There will also be coffee and treats in the morning and beverages available throughout the day.
Four convocation ceremonies are scheduled (two each day) at 9:30 a.m. and 2 p.m. Several volunteer positions are available.
