The Human Resources (HR) department invites faculty and staff to a keynote presentation entitled Four Conversations for Success on Tuesday, June 12.

About the presentation

How do you feel when the person behind the counter remembers your name? Why do people work hard for some managers and not others? Do your students look forward to seeing you?

Let award-winning entrepreneur, author and radio show host help you distinguish yourself by teaching you how to build powerful human relationships, one conversation at a time. In our high-tech world, we quickly forget the value of connecting with the people who drive our organizations. In this hilarious and high-energy presentation, Knight will show you how to influence others in a positive way through meaningful human exchanges that can last a lifetime.
