Graduate Writing Boot Camp: June 19 to 21
The School of Graduate and Postdoctoral Studies (SGPS) and the Student Learning Centre will offer a Graduate Writing Boot Camp (GWBC) Tuesday, June 19 through Thursday, June 21. The GWBC provides students who have completed their research with resources and a quiet environment so they can make significant writing progress on their thesis.
PhD candidates who participate in the GWBC will be entered into a draw to win an all-expenses-paid trip to The Lake Shift, a five-day thesis writing retreat offered by Queen’s University. Two lucky winners from the University of Ontario Institute of Technology will join doctoral candidates from across Ontario at the retreat.
There will also be plenty of prizes for master’s candidates at the boot camp.
Boot camp registration is limited to 20 students, so please encourage your students to register early!
