Want to get back into a fitness routine this spring? Check out The FLEX spring group fitness classes at the Campus Recreation and Wellness Centre (CRWC).

Note: In-person and online registration will begin at 8 a.m. on Tuesday, May 1. Registration over the telephone is not available.
