In-class exam support from IT Services
Information Technology (IT) Services provides hardware, software and technical support during exams (upon faculty request). Technical Support Analysts (TSAs) can provide emergency loaner laptops in the event of hardware or software failure and students can complete their exams with the peace of mind that technical support is available during exam periods.
If you wish to request technical support for final examinations, please complete and submit the request form at least 10 business days prior to the exam. TSA attendance at exams is subject to availability.
Note: TSAs do not provide support for graduate program exams.
