FSSH researcher publishes study on workplace bullying

The Duluth Model is a program originally developed to reduce domestic violence against women. In her study, Dr. Scott presents the Duluth Model as a tool that can also help people recognize some of the less obvious acts of bullying that often accompany the overtly abusive behaviour of ‘bad bosses.’
