In celebration of Nutrition Month, the university’s and committees invite faculty and staff to the Unlock the Potential of Food event on Thursday, March 15.
Learn about the benefits of a plant-based diet that tastes good and has important nutrients. Drop by to enjoy delicious samples and speak to one of the campus community’s fitness and nutritional experts.
