Request for feedback on the university’s Student Sexual Violence Policy
The Advisory Committee on Student Sexual Violence Prevention and Support invites suggestions and feedback on the university’s Student Sexual Violence Policy. The Policy was first approved on December 7, 2016. The purpose of the policy is to support the university’s commitment to maintaining a healthy and safe environment for work and study by providing support and assistance to students who may have experienced an act of sexual violence, and by condemning any act that perpetuates or reinforces sexual violence.

The Committee seeks feedback from all members of the university community on how we can improve the Student Sexual Violence Policy to meet its purpose. Please send the Committee your suggestions and feedback in writing to ssvadvisory@uoit.ca by Friday, April 6. If you would like to provide feedback to the Committee in person, please send your request to ssvadvisory@uoit.ca.
