Invitation to Durham College’s Aboriginal Awareness Day – January 25
Durham College’s , , and invite the university community to the college's Aboriginal Awareness Day celebration on Thursday, January 25. This free event will feature:
- Inuit throat singers
- Métis drum circle and fiddlers
- Smoke Trails drumming group
- Traditional storytelling
Participants will also enjoy a free lunch of traditional Indigenous food!
- When: Thursday, January 25 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
- Where: Campus Recreation and Wellness Centre, gyms 1 and 2
