2018 Graduating Class Challenge to support the Student Refugee Program
Convocation is still months away, but we are celebrating the Class of 2018 now with the !
Organized by the Alumni office and graduating student representatives from multiple faculties, the annual challenge will run Monday, January 22 through Friday, January 26. It’s a chance to celebrate and connect with our soon-to-be graduates, and to let them know about important alumni benefits and services.
The challenge also allows the graduating class to give back to the university community. Through the purchase of the exclusive Class of 2018 mug and other fundraising efforts, students raise money for the 2018 Class Gift to support the university’s Student Refugee Program.
The faculty with the highest student participation will win the challenge and a $1,000 award to support a graduating student in 2018-2019. Two graduating students will also win a $1,000 award.
The one-week challenge includes exclusive free events for the graduating class. Please encourage your graduating students to participate.
