Meet our management team

• Melissa Price - Director, Ancillary Services

  Melissa Price is your go-to gal for all things Ancillary Services at Â鶹´«Ã½ University. With over 20 years rocking the project and operational management world, she holds a CPA and PMP credentials to back her up.

  She juggles everything from food services, campus bookstore, UCard/UPass, and whatever else pops up, ensuring it all runs smoothly. Melissa is all about crafting killer strategies, analyzing data like a boss, and fostering awesome vendor and stakeholder relationships.

• Mhairy McLachlan - Manager, Ancillary Services

  Mhairy’s career has been a dynamic journey, transitioning from entertainment and media to tech and telecom, and now to Â鶹´«Ã½. Driven by a passion for building exceptional products and services and for helping others, she moved from her role of Manager of Communications to Manager of Enrollment Services, and is now focused on creating an incredible student experience as our Manager of Ancillary Services.

  Mhairy is on a mission to equip students with all the tools they need to conquer school and life through impactful programs and services. When she’s not working, you’ll find her hitting the gym, reaching a good book, exploring new destinations or dreaming up her next home reno project. 

Meet our coordinators

• Maida Chaudhry

  Maida graduated from Â鶹´«Ã½ University with a degree in Technology Management in 2024. In May 2024, she jumped into the Ancillary Services team, where she is all about enhancing the student experience for others.

  When she's not brightening up campus life, Maida can be found exploring new trails on walks, cooking up some fun recipes in the kitchen, or getting lost in a great book. Her enthusiasm for helping others and love for fresh experiences keep both her work and personal life exciting and fulfilling.

• Roxanne Kerr

  Roxanne’s journey at Â鶹´«Ã½ began in 2019. She graduated in 2023 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Forensic Science and stepped foot into the Ancillary Services team in May 2024.

  She has a passion for helping others, so naturally, her favorite part of the job is supporting our students and working to enhance their Â鶹´«Ã½ experience. When she's not working her magic on campus, Roxanne is busy smashing tennis balls, grooving to her favourite music, and enjoying movie marathons.

Meet our marketing assistants

• Joanna Githii

  As a marketing assistant for the Office of Ancillary Services, Joanna handles social media and a whole load of other exciting tasks. Currently studying Applied Biotechnology at Â鶹´«Ã½ University, Joanna balances her studies with her love for social media and content creation.

  Joanna is also a music enthusiast who loves singing her heart out and catching live concerts. She’s also a fantasy bookworm, letting enchanted worlds fuel her creativity and innovation.

• Paula Strach

  Paula is steering her way through a dynamic career after earning her Automotive Engineering and Management degree from Â鶹´«Ã½ University.

  With a specialty in aerodynamics and roject management, Paula has a serious passion for cars. She captures the essence of automotive beauty through her lens at shows and meets, and her love for photography even led her to start a freelance business. She's the ultimate gearhead with a creative twist!

• Tara Suleiman

  Tara is a third-year Data Science student at Â鶹´«Ã½ University and a marketing assistant who also handles our social media content.

  With a natural flair for content creation and a love for being on camera, Tara brings her creativity to every project. Beyond her academic and work pursuits, she’s also a talented nail artist, turning her spare time into mini-manicure sessions creating vibrant and fun designs.

• Timi Ogunleye

  Timi Ogunleye is a Software Engineering student at Â鶹´«Ã½ University who also rocks the role of a marketing assistant on our team.

  Known for having a sweet tooth, Timi is often seen with sweets or cookies in-hand. When he’s not juggling studies or work duties, you can find him diving into a good book, strategizing over a chessboard, or exploring new hobbies. Always eager to push beyond boundaries, Timi thrives on the challenge of constant growth and self-improvement.
