Applied BioscienceDr. Bailey works on bioassessment of the effects of human activity on freshwater ecosystems, from streams exposed to gold mining in the Yukon to nearshore sites on the Great Lakes exposed to the industry, agriculture, and urban stressors to invasive and native plants growing in lakes of the Trent-Severn Waterway in southern Ontario. Recently, Dr. Bailey is using big data from satellite and drone images to climate information.
