About the Campus Recreation and Wellness Centre
Serving students, faculty, and staff from Â鶹´«Ã½ and Durham College, the (CRWC) offers a wide variety of fitness and recreational opportunities.
The CRWC features a large triple gymnasium, squash courts, an indoor track, The FLEX Fitness Centre (with cardio and weight machines), training rooms, and a dance studio. Welcoming more than 10,000 users each month, the centre includes the Campus Health and Wellness Centre’s medical clinic and provides services such as acupuncture, athletic therapy, massage therapy and counselling. It also offers a full-service pharmacy.
